Created in 1989 and formerly known as Marinette County Association for Business and Industry, inVenture North Inc. is headquartered at the Wisconsin Maritime Center of Excellence in Marinette, WI, USA.

After receiving a WHEDA grant to help subsidize housing in Marinette County, inVenture North is working with Marinette County, WEDA and municipalities to develop new, workforce housing, in the county.
